I am a connoisseur of eating with a gluten intolerance. I love trying (sometimes failing) to make all things sweet from cakes and cookies to pumpkin pies.
My baking mostly consists of testing a lot of methods to convert mouthwatering recipes into gluten-free and often vegan desserts, that still taste as good… I hope!
Creating edible sculptures is my passion, but I can’t deny I love a good cupcake. Let’s be honest I’m not picky if it tastes good. Which is why I spend my time taste testing everything free from I can find in the supermarket.
